BC Stewart & Associates (BCSA) of Boston, Massachusetts, was founded in 1987 by Bernard C. Stewart Jr., who has continued as the sole owner and Principal of BCSA since that time. BCSA has consulted with a diverse group of clients up and down the Eastern Seaboard, the Northeast, Alabama in the South, and Montana in the West. The focus of the firm's attention is on assisting municipalities, county, state, and federal government agencies, public housing authorities (PHAs), non-profits, and community development agencies with community development, neighborhood revitalization, and housing preservation and redevelopment activities. As part of this focus, BCSA frequently deals with organizations' management and financial needs as part of its comprehensive approach.
